Time to restructure company; Do Refinancing & Overdraft

Despite the economic slow down, there is an opportunities for the individual or company to restructure and optimise the capital to match their earnings profile and expansionary needs. This is due to the current low interest rate, the company should take the opportunity to settle old debt and use the balance of the loan for working capital and more investment that can give better return to cover the interest. In other words; do refinancing, use overdraft facilities and pledge property or collateral to gain capitals.
The rapport with the bankers must be maintain at high understanding and trustworthty. We can take Real Madrid as example; how dare they meet the loan facility at high amount of money, is about a billion. I think the current low interest rate, the high interest rate of outstanding loan and the opportunity for expansionary project is the reason why they are brave enough and be able to meet the agreement in order to maximise the opportunity despite it,s look unrealistic.
